My therapeutic style combines evidence-based practices with genuine empathy and understanding. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.
My ideal client would be one who struggled through their life and needed to trust themselves, have internal resources and coping mechanisms, be open to the therapeutic process, and become more vulnerable and adaptable. Their goals are achievable, measurable and short and long-term. They would want to be able to accept where they came from and focus on the here and now utilizing the tools that we discover together.
